Basic Single Eyelash Training – For Beginners and Technique Improvement

Are you ready to master the techniques behind beautiful eyelash extensions? Our Basic Single Eyelash Training is tailored for those of you who have either never worked with eyelash extensions before, or who need to improve your technique and refresh your knowledge. The course includes both regular glue and our advanced UV glue, with the KA Lashes UV Light System, so you can become fully familiar with both types.

Duration:

2 days of intensive training that includes a complete starter package and concludes with a passed diploma.

Day 1: The Foundation for Single Lashes

On the first day, a solid foundation is laid so that you gain a strong understanding of theory and basic techniques:
What are single lashes?
Gain insight into what single lashes are and how they differ from other methods.
  • Anatomy and Diseases: Basic understanding of the anatomy of the eye and important diseases that you should be aware of.
  • Correct application: Learn the correct techniques for safe and effective application of single lashes.
  • Design: Master lash design so you can create the perfect look for each client.
  • Eyelash thicknesses, curves and lengths: A thorough review of the different thicknesses, curves and lengths so you always choose the right one for your clients.
  • Product demonstration: We introduce you to the KA Lashes products and the KA Lashes UV Light System that you will be working with.
  • Working posture: Learn the correct working posture to avoid strain injuries and ensure precision.
  • Hygiene: Important insight into hygiene requirements to ensure safe and secure treatments.
  • Pre-application preparation: Learn how to prepare both yourself and the client for a successful treatment.
  • Practicing on a mannequin head: First step towards perfection – you start by practicing on a mannequin so you can master the techniques.
  • Practice on Model: Once you are comfortable with the techniques, you will practice on a live model under expert guidance.
  • Before/After Photos: Learn the importance of taking photos to document your results and highlight your clients' transformation.

Day 2: Refining the techniques

On day 2, we will build on the knowledge and experience you gained from day 1:
  • Summary and questions: Review of what you learned and opportunity to ask questions.
  • Aftercare: Review of aftercare products and guidance for customers.
  • Demonstrate and practice removing eyelash extensions: Learn how to remove eyelash extensions safely and correctly.
  • Practice on a model: Continue with hands-on training on a live model to improve your technique.
  • Before/after pictures: Document your results.
  • Closing questions: Get answers to your final questions and reflect on the learning process.
  • Diploma and photos: You will receive your diploma as proof of your new expertise, and we will take photos to celebrate your success.
